Yelena Shneyderman is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Yelena served as the president of the moot court board and participated in a number of moot court competitions, where she received awards for best written brief. Yelena began her legal career as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Angel A. Continas in the Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal.

Following her clerkship, Yelena has litigated cases in the areas of professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.  She has also drafted appellate briefs in state and federal court and presented oral argument.

Yelena now focuses her practice on insurance coverage, bad faith, appellate matters, and litigation support. Prior to forming her firm, Yelena was a shareholder in a large South Florida firm. Yelena was born in Minsk, Belarus, and is fluent in Russian.
