Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith

Besides representing individuals and companies in coverage disputes, the firm co-counsels with other attorneys handling the liability portions of the claims in areas of personal injury, construction litigation, professional liability, property damage and other areas where insurance coverage issues arise.  We have years of experience reviewing complex insurance policies and handling coverage disputes before and after litigation arises.

We also welcome any referrals and will make referral fee arrangements consistent with the Florida Bar Rules.  If you are an attorney who has a contingency fee agreement with the client, we offer flexible fee options for our services.  In many instances, our fee may be recoverable pursuant to Florida Statutes.
